As a Pastry Sous Chef , we rely on you to

1.Participate in the planning andcosting of menus.
2.Develop and write standardrecipes.
3. Develop new dishes and products.
4.Assist with organizing specialevents and special food promotions.
5.Maintain comprehensive productknowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and currenttrends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchenoperations accordingly.
6.Works with Executive Chef inmanpower planning and management needs.
1、参与菜单的计划和成本核算工作。
2、制订并编写标准菜谱。
3、开发新菜和新产品。
4、协助组织特别活动和特别食品促销活动。

We are looking for someone who:

1. 4 years of pastry experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Alcohol awarenesscertification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card asrequired by local government agency.
3.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
4.Hotel experience preferred.
