As a Sales Coordinator, we rely on you to

1.Provide comprehensive secretarial support for the department head;
2. Support the department head for all administration and office coordination;
3. Interact with internal and external stakeholders;
4. Be proactive and responsible for the follow up of new sales leads to enhance
guest experience;
5. Answers and places telephone calls to leadand arranged.

3、与内部和外部利益相关者保持良好的沟通交流;
4、积极主动地跟进新的销售线索,以提升客户体验;
5、接听电话,及时安排相应销售人员及跟进。
We are looking for someone who:

1. Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
2. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
3. Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
4. Enjoys interacting with people
5. Careful work, a strong sense of
responsibility.
6. Good team spirit, good conduct, strong
external, and internal communication skills
