大堂吧经理 Lounge Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要：
To oversee the day-to-day operations of beverage service areas including Lounge, all outlet service bars and Banquet bar, in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to total guest satisfaction and associate welfare.
每天监督酒水服务区域包括大堂吧以及餐饮其他各岗点的酒水吧，使其以最小的成本达到最大的收益并且特别关注客人的满意和员工的福利。
Handle cashes, petty cashes,checks,bills,long/short cashes legally according to Marriott policy and procedure.
按照酒店万豪政策合规处理现金、备用金、支票、信用卡、账单、长短款等，遵守所有公司政策和程序。
