Job Purpose:
工作目的
1. Responsible for the distribution business work in the responsible region, formulating and implementing market sales plans, managing, maintaining, and developing sales channels, and completing sales tasks and sales collection targets for the products in the responsible region.
负责分管区域的发行业务工作,拟订并落实市场销售计划,管理、维护、开发销售渠道,完成所负责区域产品的销售任务和销售回款目标。
2. Establish and maintain guest relationships within the jurisdiction, conduct business negotiations, provide solutions, regularly track potential guests, and submit sales progress reports on a regular basis.
建立、维护所辖区域的客户关系,进行商务谈判,提供解决方案,对潜在客户进行定期跟踪,定期提交销售进度报告。
KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1. Collect, organize, and provide feedback on regional market data and analysis reports, and propose valuable improvement plans for the company. Provide market support for the company's new project development, and propose revision suggestions for sales strategies and policies.
收集、整理、反馈区域市场数据及分析报告,并对公司提出有价值的改善方案,对公司的新项目开发提供市场支持,提出销售策略、销售政策的修订建议。
2. Responsible for exhibition book display and sales related matters, providing suggestions for the printing quantity of new books and reprinting of books, and mastering the situation of shipment, payment collection, and return.
负责展会图书展示、销售的相关事宜,对新书的印刷数量和图书的重印提出建议,掌握发货、回款、退货情况。
3. Cooperate with relevant departments to carry out market development and product promotion work in the region, and understand the market information of relevant topics.
配合相关部门做好本区域市场开发和产品推广工作,了解相关选题的市场信息。
4. Responsible for guest management, serving guests, strengthening channel loyalty and sales capabilities, and avoiding market risks.
负责客户管理,为客户服务,加强渠道忠诚度和销售能力,避免市场风险。
5. Establish your own regional ledger and guest inventory tracking table, and calculate the sales quantity of each variety region.
建立自己的区域台账和客户库存跟进表,统计各个品种区域销售数量。
