7. Check and verify associates’ benefits ( reimbursement, complimentary accommodation)
准确无误地审核员工福利(报销、免费住房)
8. Conduct exit interviews for JG 1-2 and provide feedback on reasons for turnover. 执行1-2级员工离职面谈并提供员工离职原因的反馈。
9. To maintain employee trace files and follow up the associate performance review before the end of probationary period.

10. To administer the performance review system according to the annual schedule.

11. To keep records of the personnel activities required at month end submitting operational reports on time.

13. To assist with updating all staff notice boards.

14. Assist to organize staff activities.
