The Role 岗位职责:
1. Monitor and maintain adequate par levels of all housekeeping supplies, including guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, and operational items.

2. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overstocking.
定期进行库存检查,确保库存准确,防止短缺或积压。
3. Coordinate with suppliers and the Procurement department for timely replenishment of items.
与供应商及采购部协调,确保物品及时补货。
4. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
根据采购订单和送货单,接收、检查并核对所有到货物品。
5. Issue supplies to housekeeping team members as per requests, ensuring proper documentation.
根据需求向客房部员工发放物品,并确保记录完整。
6. Maintain a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to minimize waste and expiry.
采用先进先出原则,减少浪费和过期。
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements in the system.
在系统中维护所有库存流动的准确记录。
8. Assist in preparing monthly inventory reports and consumption analysis.
协助准备月度库存报告及消耗分析。
9. Report discrepancies, damages, or expired items to the supervisor promptly.
及时向上级报告库存差异、损坏或过期物品。
10. Monitor usage patterns and suggest cost-saving measures where applicable.
监控使用情况,提出可行的成本节约建议。
11. Support sustainability initiatives by tracking and reducing single-use item consumption.
支持可持续发展计划,追踪并减少一次性物品的使用。
12. Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and safety.
确保存储环境符合标准,维护产品质量和安全。
13. Liaise with Housekeeping supervisors and team members to understand supply needs and adjust orders accordingly.
与客房部主管及员工沟通,了解供应需求并相应调整订单。
14. Work closely with the Finance department during monthly and year-end inventories.
在月度及年度盘点期间与财务部密切合作。
15. Communicate any stock-related issues or concerns to the Housekeeping management.
向客房部管理层汇报任何与库存相关的问题或关注点。
16. Ensure all chemicals and hazardous materials are stored safely and labeled correctly.
确保所有化学品和危险品安全存放并正确标识。
17. Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety standards.
遵守酒店关于库存管理和安全标准的政策和程序。
18. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store room at all times.

19. Assist in training new team members on storekeeping procedures and systems.
协助培训新员工关于库房管理流程和系统的操作。
20. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort (preferably luxury brands)
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)
Have professional training in hospitality industry
有过专业化的训练
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话
Having good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
Able to operate basic computer skills
正确应用基本电脑系统
