The Role 岗位职责:
1. Assist the Sous Chef in managing the kitchen area and its profitable operation within the hotel framework, and accurately forecast business demand to ensure efficient staffing and food production.
协助副厨师长管理厨房区域,确保在酒店框架内实现盈利运营,并精准预测业务需求,保障人员配置与食品生产的高效性。
2. Maintain the hotel’s cuisine concepts and standards for food preparation and presentation, and enforce operational standards that are periodically reviewed, updated and improved.
保持酒店在餐饮制作与摆盘方面的理念与标准,并执行定期审查、更新和改进的业务标准。
3. Maintain food cost through proper preparation, inventory, requisition, food pars and control systems, and achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining efficient cost expenditure.
通过合理的准备、库存、申领、分装和控制系统维持食品成本,并以高效的成本支出实现部门预算目标。
4. Maintain control reports (e.g., temperature checklist, cleaning schedule, work orders) and ensure food safety protection including proper dating, storage and rotation.
维护各类控制报告(如温度检查表、清洁计划、工作指令等),并确保食品安全防护,包括日期标注、妥善储存及轮换等。
5. Assist teammates to complete job assignments in a safe and professional manner.
协助同事以安全、专业的方式完成工作任务。
6. Maintain basic food safety and sanitation in accordance with hotel policies, and enforce the Sanitation Checklist by ensuring all kitchen areas are inspected on a monthly basis.
根据酒店政策维持基本食品安全与卫生,并通过每月检查所有厨房区域来落实卫生检查清单。
7. Ensure awareness and enforcement of all hotel S.O.P.’s, and enforce operational standards that are periodically reviewed, updated and improved.
确保所有酒店标准操作规程(S.O.P.)的知晓与执行,并落实定期审查、更新和改进的操作标准。
8. Maintain the overall welfare of teammates by providing them with training and resources to take care of our guests.
通过提供培训和资源来维护同事的整体福利,使其能够妥善照顾好我们的客人。
9. Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety at all times.
始终负责维护餐厅/档口的安全。
10. Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
通过坦诚沟通与协作,促进部门间的良性互动。
11. Ensure all teammates follow job safety regulations and that all hazards are reported to Security and Engineering.
确保所有同事遵守作业安全规程,并将所有危险情况上报至安保与工程部门。
12. Perform other duties or responsibilities reasonably assigned by your immediate supervisor or manager.
执行直属上级或经理合理分配的其他职责。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是豪华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
有过酒店行业的专业培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Command organization system in our department,knowledge how to make or motivate people work, cooperate with other departments.
能够指挥本部门的组织系统,知人善任,调动下级的积极性,协调与其他部门的关系。
