职位描述
1. Responsible for daily floor work and handover arrangements and supervision;

2. Master the room status at any time;

3. Pay attention to guest dynamic, deal with temporary problems, and report to superior leaders when there are major problems.
关注宾客动态,处理临时发生的问题,有重大问题时及时向上级领导汇报;
4. Do spot check of guest rooms;
做好对客房的抽查工作;
5. Care about the associate's work and life problems, and timely summary to the department head;
关心员工的工作和生活问题,及时向部门负责人汇总;
6. Keep abreast of booking information and customers, especially the names of hotel vips and regulars;
及时了解预定资料,了解客情,特别是酒店贵宾及常客的姓名;
