MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责:
Responsiblefor handling local social catering opportunities for the property. Responsible for achieving and exceeding thehotel catering sales revenue goals. Provides day-to-day supervision to CateringSales associates that are on-property, dependent on the volume of local socialcatering business. Contracts and closeslocal catering and social business, and ensures that business is turned overproperly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. Achieves catering revenue goals by activelyup-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue. Implements thebrand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of thesales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughouteach customer experience.
