Responsibilities:

Greet and bid farewell to all arriving and departing guest and help guests in a courteous and friendly manner when approach.

To ensure that all guest queries, inquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.

To ensure at all times that personal presentation and appearance is immaculate, uniform or work clothes are in line with relevant Hotel uniform and clothing codes.

Completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that hotel provides to its guests and visitors.
