Have general knowledge of food technique.

Ensure mise-en-place is completed prior to service.

Supervise and take active part in cleaning kitchen chillers to ensure that is clean and safe for operation.

Ensure that the suppliers are picked up in time.

Be familiar with kitchen equipment.

Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum 3 years experiences as western food cook; hotel experience is preferred but not required
