JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Operations
运营
*Direct & Manage all event sales activities;
指导、管理所有会议销售活动;
*Personal involvement in the preparation of events marketing plan;
亲自参与制定会议市场计划;
*Execution of the marketing plan with Events Team;
与会议团队共同制定市场计划;
*Maximizing ballroom and function rooms occupancy to meet business plan and revenue objectives;
最大化宴会厅、多功能厅的使用率,以实现商业计划和收入目标;
*Oversees the operation of functions and works closely with various department to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients all the times;
监管部门各项职能的运营,与其他部门密切配合确保始终向顾客提供高质量的服务;
*Assigns events associate to designate areas of coverage to maximize market reach;
分派会议销售人员负责各自指定区域,实现市场份额的最大化;
*Review and evaluate all events bookings to ensure most efficient use of public space, favorable contractual terms and conditions;
审核评估所有会议活动的预订,力求最高效地利用公共空间,确保合同条款
*Personal managing large or important corporate / MICE accounts;
亲自负责大客户和重要的公司和会展客户;
*Attend trade show and industry meetings;
出席行业展会;
*Ensure all data provided to corresponding departments in the hotel is accurate;
确保向酒店各相关部门提供的数据准确无误;
*Be visible to organizers and clients during their groups dates and checks on guest satisfaction;
在客人活动期间,确保亲自在场,并询问客人满意度;
*Bridging the gap between Events with Banquet Operation.
做好会议与宴会运营之间的桥梁工作。
2. Post Events Follow Up
会议活动之后的跟进
*Involves concerned Sales Manager during post event meeting and post event follow such as sending thank you letter and post event evaluation form together;
与活动分管销售经理一同召开活动总结会,并做好相关后续工作,例如寄送感谢信和活动评估表等;
*Obtain feedback from clients and follow through with necessary points.
从客户那里获取必要的意见反馈。
3. Administrative Activities
行政工作
*Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department;
理解预算、经营报表和工资进度报告,以便做好部门的财务管理工作;
*Participates in development of the department’s budget and supports the management of the profit and loss statement;
制定部门预算及部门损益报告的制定;
*Ensure that all Event Orders and Group Resume are made and distributed in a timely manner;
准备好并及时下发所有活动订单和活动团队简历;
*Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
在历次部门会议上关注强调要不断提升客户的满意度。
4. Business Development
商业发展
*Closely monitor account revenue and business production. Adjusts strategies, procedures or account coverage as needed to achieve the planned goal;
密切关注客户的收入贡献情况和生意情况,根据既定目标的需要,调整战略、程序或客户的覆盖面;
*Analyses market trends. Under the direction of the Director of Sales, plans and implements proactive programs with Director of Sales to improve market share;
分析市场趋势,在销售总监的指导下,同销售总监一起共同策划、积极提早执行市场计划,提高市场占有率;
*Handle inquiry for re booking of business;
负责老客户的询价;
5. Maximizing Revenue
收入最大化
*Understands the impact of events operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages activities to maximize results;
清楚会议执行效果对于酒店整体财政收入和目标的影响,管理好会议活动,力求将生意最大化;
*Review, develop and implement sales strategies towards optimizing department profitability;
以优化部门收益为目标,审核、制定和执行销售策略;
*Conduct market research, identifying trend & making appropriate recommendation;
开展市场调研,明确市场趋势并提出适当建议;
*Develop MICE incentive collaterals and corporate promotional initiatives in professional manner;
以专业的方式制定激励措施及公司促销计划;
6. Marketing Planning
市场规划
*Take ownership in achieving departmental goal which contribute to the hotel budget;
带领部门完成部门目标,为酒店完成预算作出贡献;
*Plans and establish goals for department;
计划并制定部门目标;
*Motivates and directs staff to achieve department goal;
激励并引导员工完成部门目标;
7. Communications
沟通
*Maintain close and frequent communications with Director of Sales and Marketing in order to maximize hotel profit through effective yield and space management;
与市场销售总监保持经常性密切的沟通,通过有效的产量和空间管理,使得酒店盈利最大化;
*Conducts & attends meeting as required;
召开、出席必要的会议;
*Main timely and responsive communication with clients;
与客户保持及时的沟通与回复;
*Conduct performance review on a periodical basis;
定期回顾员工的工作表现;
*Conduct counseling & discipline with associates using guidelines set.
运用已有的纲领指南,对员工进行开展咨询或管教。
JOB QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
1. Ability and understanding of the market competition;
具备准确理解市场并具备应对市场竞争的能力;
2. Good interpersonal & communication skills;
优秀的人际交往和沟通能力;
3. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry & Catering Sales;
熟悉公司、旅游行业及宴会销售领域
4. Ability to work independently and as a team;
出色的独立工作及团队工作能力;
5. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English are a must;
出色的普通话及英文口语和书面表达能力;
6. Good computer skills;
良好的电脑操作技巧;
7. University Graduate;
大学毕业;
8. Min 2 years experience in similar sales capacity with international chain hotels.
至少2年国际酒店行业相似岗位工作经验。
