岗位职责:
1. Assist in sustaining a refined, efficient, timely and yet welcoming luggage
experience;
帮助提供娴熟,有效率的,及时的宾客抵店时的行李保管体验;
2. Receive, track, coordinate and deliver guest luggage;
接收,跟进,协调,派送宾客行李;
3. Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who need luggage assistance;
与宾客良好沟通以提供行李相关协助服务;
4. Insist luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, caution and security;
协助运送行李和私人物件来为客人创造一个始终感受尊敬,人文关怀和安全保障的环境;
5. Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms/outlet of hotel and assist with luggage;
欢迎,引领客人到房间/酒店各营业点,并提供行李运送服务;
6. Inform guests of all safety measures, room amenities, and features;
告知宾客所有安保因素,介绍房间设施及酒店特色;
7. Promote hotel outlets, services and events;
提升酒店服务标准,介绍酒店出口及其他相关事件;
8. Store guest baggage upon request;
满足客人行李保管需求;
9. Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles;
协助客人从其交通工具上卸载和装载行李;
10. Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations;
与其他部门协调以保持良好,紧密的工作关系,做好信息反馈 ,有效运作相关工作;
11. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成其他合理分配的职责和任务。
任职资格:
1. Good communication skills;
好的沟通技巧;
2. Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented;
有组织,可以从事多项任务,注重细节有善于解决问题的技能;
3. College or University;
大专或大学;
4. Previous concerned working experience is preferred, but can be replaced by general good attitude and appearance and with potential to easily learn the skills.
具有相关工作经验者优先考虑, 无经验者需具有良好的外表与积极的态度,学习的潜力。
