岗位职责:
1. GUEST SATISFACTION
客人满意
➢ Upgrade guest services on a continual basis.
保持并持续不断的提高对客服务标准。
➢ To ensure the ultimate comfort, cleanliness and safety for all of our guests, as expected.
提供客人所期望的舒适，清洁和安全的环境
➢ Makes suggestion to department on the improvement of guest service.
为部门提供合理化建议以改进对客人的服务。
➢ Ensure service and production is provided in the proper manner, and with the usual high standards of a DMH. Understand, maintain and execute operational manuals and guidelines.
确保为客人所提供的产品和服务，都依附于钓鱼台美高梅酒店集团标准，保持操作的方法和高标准的统一。
2. ADMINISTRATION
行政工作
➢ Conducts self in a professional manner at all times.Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
任何时候要以一种职业化来引导自我.依附已建立的管理标准和房间规则、防火规章制度、部门标准程序及政策。
➢ Report to work on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.
班次变动要及时汇报，任何时候要熟知时间安排表，如不能出席工作，需在合适的时间通知主管
➢ Pick-up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions. Sign in/out on the payroll sheet or swipe id card in/out and floor keys. Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
接受客房部门已分配工作任务并提出疑问.在出勤表上签到/签退或刷上/下班卡.领取区域钥匙、设备、日常用品等等
3. OPERATION
运作工作
➢ Deliver item for guest following the established procedures and standards.
按照操作程序和标准给客人递送物品
➢ Makes up roll-away beds and delivers to guest rooms
为客人提供加床服务。
➢ Makes up cots for guests and delivers to rooms
为客人提供婴儿床服务。
➢ Move and arranges furniture as required
根据要求搬动和安置家具
➢ Pick-up cell phone and ensure correct working condition.
携带手机并确保沟通畅通
➢ Maintain a thorough knowledge of guest room numbers and hotel layout
熟知房号和酒店布局等相关信息。
