岗位职责:
1. Assist the Chef de Partie in performing their duties and act as Chef de Partie in their absence;
协助厨师主管并在厨师主管不在不在时顶替其职能;
2. Supervise, co-ordinate and participate in the activities of personnel engaged in the preparation and cooking of food;
管理,制定参与从事的事物准备和制作;
3. Ensures that hotel cost control policies and procedures are followed;
保证饭店的成本在规定的范围内;
4. Ensure availability of adequate supply of food at all times; hygienic standards and sanitation are observed in the kitchen areas and that tools and equipment are handled, maintained and used properly;
保证食品在所有的时间有效适当的供应,卫生标准和卫生设备在厨房区域里严格执行,厨房的工具和设备要成习惯的保养;
5. Implements and follow HACCP system and implement correct Hygiene and Safety Standards especially in Hazardous and first risk in Specialty Restaurant Kitchen.
实施及遵照HACCP系统执行正确的卫生和安全标准,特备是以下区域:名厨餐厅厨房;
6. Assist in the training and disciplining of kitchen personnel;
协助培训和训导厨房员工;
7. Ensure that all food prepared is according to hotel standards;
保证食品的准备符合酒店的标准.
任职资格:
1. Neat and personable;
举止大方,仪表端庄;
2. Ability to handle people is a must;
必须有一定的人员管理能力;
3. Good communication skills;
好的沟通技巧;
4. 2 years’ experience in specific specialty.
2年及以上酒店工作经验。
