• Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

• Create and design seasonal cocktail menu and festival promotion drinks
负责更新餐饮部季节性鸡尾酒酒单和节日特殊饮品
• Set up the cost in the finance cost system
设置标准化的系统成本
• Control outlet and F&B general beverage cost
把控部门及餐饮部酒水成本
▪ Familiar with finance documents and report, in order to maximize revenue by reducing costs.
熟知财务文件及报表,以最大限度地提高收入,减少成本
• Control and reduce breakage
控制并减少破损
• Submits request for replenishing the beverage and equipment in the Bar
负责采购餐饮部所需烈酒及相关调酒设备
• In charge of new cocktail training for all outlets
负责各部门新的鸡尾酒烈酒培训。
