Reports to Laundry to Assistant Manager of any major problems, discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in garments prior to laundry/ dry cleaning.

Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures relating to Laundry and Housekeeping.

Performs routine duties in ensuring all hotel linen and uniforms meet Hyatt brand standards.

Ensures the storage and washing of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards and procedure set by the Hotel.

Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability before sending to the user department/ linen room.

Supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guest and house laundry items.
§ 严格遵守所有运营设备、用品及盘存物品的存量标准。
Strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items.
§ 协助进行对运营设备和用品的月度盘点。
Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
§ 协助控制运营设备和用品的申请、储存及仔细使用。
Assists in controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
§ 确保酒店和客人的衣物被正确分拣和水洗/干洗干净及包装;根据程序检查衣物的破损、污渍及遗漏的首饰,并采取行动解决。
Ensures that guest and house laundry items are properly sorted for washing and drying, are cleaned and packaged accordingly; examines items for tears, stains, and missing accessories due to processing and oversees remedial action taken.

Counts and assembles laundered items on cart or linen truck, records Amounts of linen and uniforms received and issued.

§ 副理不在岗时,主持每日班前会,向员工沟通当天的住房率、抵离店的客人情况、会议/活动及需要特别关注的事项。
In absence of Assistant Manager and Laundry Manager, conduct daily pre-shift briefings to associates on room occupancy, arrivals and departures, function/ event of the day and special attention that is needed.

Liaises with Housekeeping and other related departments on daily operations.

Reports missing and damaged linen or any other hotel property.

Cleans and maintains all supplies, laundry equipment and storage rooms.

Be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sections of Rooms Division or any other Department.

Payroll & Productivity Management
薪资及生产力管理
§ 通过在整个部门内建立灵活的员工编制,实施高效的薪资管理/资源分配。这将依据一个灵活的员工基数(全职员工及临时工)、多技能及多任务的原则。
Exercises efficient Payroll Management/ Resources allocation through the establishment of a flexible workforce throughout the Division. This will be based on the principles of a flexible associate base (Full Time & Part Time associates), multi-skilling and multi-tasking.

Directs subordinates to ensure productivity meets Hyatt International Laundry Operations Manual requirements.

Through hands-on management, supervises closely all Laundry attendants in the performance of their duties in accordance with Policies & Procedures and applicable laws.
