1、Supervise the Laundry operations and administration.

2、Provide training to laundry staff in operating equipment and machines installed in the laundry.

3、Check their work performance, make sure laundry operation is in order.

4、Make sure all Laundry files are properly kept and paper work is done promptly.

5、Ensure that a high standard service level is maintained at all times.

6、Ensure all the guest requests are follow up promptly.

8、 Motivate staff and give credit when due.

13、Control the laundry expenses by keeping a close check on chemical consumption and Laundry Supplies.

14、Make monthly washing report and production sheet for review.

15、Revise the laundry standards and objectives as and when required in improving the Laundry services.

16、 Make plan for market survey to compare the laundry prices.

17、Ensures maximum profitability by reviewing the laundry and dry-cleaning rates periodically.

二、HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES 人事责任
1、 Planning for future staffing needs and develop.
定制未来所需的员工计划。
2、Prepares detailed induction programs for new staff.

3、Ensures training needs analysis of Housekeeping staff is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs.

4、Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations.

三、FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES财务职责
1、Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financial targets.

2、Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff。

四、 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES 职业健康及安全职责
1、Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.
了解职业健康及安全政策及流程,并在其指导下确保安全贯彻实施,确保直属下属的执行。
2、Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
理解关怀职责,使其符合职业健康及安全法规、政策及流程。
3、Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
熟悉财物安全、急救、火灾及紧急程序,并确保能够安全的使用相关设备。
4、Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.

5、Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.

6、To ensure hotel's fire, health, and safety procedures are implemented.
