Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director
of Marketing & Communications, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for
the adaption of branded design templates to local business, the creation of new
products as well as the development of the design for B&F venues including
both print and digital platforms. Support for sales and other presentations.
Managing multiple projects at the same time will be the norm and the Graphic
Designer will have to successfully coordinate with internal teams and supervise
the final production of all items. Uses software and hand-rendering to design
products that meet the needs of the hotel.

Develops all hotel marketing and promotional collateral
according to brand guidelines. Complete projects by aliasing with suppliers and
agents to ensure production quality and deadlines are met.
根据品牌准则开发酒店相关市场宣传相关产品。与供应商及印刷单位密切联系以保证产品按时保质完成。
Be responsible on overseeing the photo shooting & video
shooting of the hotel promotions and events. Taking photos to support social
media promotions.

Oversees the creative and production of B&F collateral.
For example, newsletter, e-newsletter, fliers, posters, brochures and other
relevant collateral.

Will manage content updates and print production process
for hotel brochures and collaterals.
