Complete designated cashier and closingreports in Opera system. Review shift logs/daily memo books and documentpertinent information in logbooks. Process all guest check-ins by confirmingreservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form ofpayment, assigning room, and activating and issuing room key. Sell aroom/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability. Ensurerates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented. Ensure checksthat come from outlets (e.g., Health Club, Retail Shop) are scanned and chargedto room.
