Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the services and operations of the Service Hub.
2. Being pro-active, creative, results driven, professionally and efficiently handle guest inquiries or complaints, focusing on delighting our guests and colleagues and creating Unique Sangha Experience.
3. Provides direction, supervision and leadership to Service Hub team in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Sangha.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 2 years working experience as Front Office Manager in International Brand Hotels.
2. Good written and spoken English ability.
3. Excellent leadship and motivation ability.
4. Excellent organization、coordination and communication ability.
5. Be familiar with Front Line system and process.
6. Has experience and highly interest in SPA/Wellness/Yoga/Health will be preferred.
工作职责:
1. 负责前厅部的所有服务及运营管理。
2. 积极主动,富有创造力,以结果为导向,专业有效地处理客人的询问或投诉,致力于给予客人和同事愉快及独特的音昱水中天体验。
3. 结合音昱水中天设定的目标,绩效和质量标准,指导、监督和领导前厅团队。
工作要求:
1.国际品牌高星级酒店前厅部经理工作经验2年以上。
2.英语流利。
3.优秀的领导能力和激励能力。
4.优秀的组织和协调、沟通能力。
5.熟悉酒店前台系统和流程。
6.不仅对酒店前台,对SPA、养生、瑜伽、健康等具有较高的兴趣,具备相关知识、背景、管理经验、体验的候选人优先考虑。
