Liaisewith other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellentservice delivery.与其他部门保持合作,与必要外界部门保持联系,确保为客人提供优质服务。
Overseemaintenance of efficient repeat guest history system.维护回头客档案系统。
Preparerequisitions for amenities on a timely basis.及时申请并准备客用品。
Performscheck in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are enteredcompletely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
依照预定执行入住,退房和换房程序并且保证所有的数据都被完全地录入到酒店的系统里。
Maintainscashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received.
维护备用金并且保证精确的每日收款报表。
Casheshotel guest’s traveller’s checks and assists with currency exchange.
帮助客人兑换旅行支票和外币兑换。
PromoteInter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities.促进酒店内房间及设施的销售。
Developand implement guest telephone contact systems.为客人接通电话。
Handleguest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action
处理客人投诉,在必要时为客人提供咨询,跟踪错误行为。
Compile,analyse and control Club Intercontinental costs.编辑、分析并控制俱乐部花费。
Reviewarrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities,and special requests.查看所有到达客人及重要客人清单,查看房间分配,房间内设施,及客人特殊要求。
Preparerequisitions for amenities on a timely basis.及时在房间内准备令客人愉快的物品。
Overallresponsible for ensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offeredfor the Club Floor and Club Lounge with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction.
全面负责俱乐部楼层及俱乐部休闲厅的服务,尽量让客人满意。
Appraiseappearance, discipline and efficiency of all staff under direct supervision andinitiate

Organizeand conduct regular meeting for all Guest Relation’s staff to facilitatecommunications and smooth operations.组织和举行俱乐部员工的例会以促进更好的交流和运作。
Prepareefficient work schedule for CPC Personnel, arranging holidays and vacation,taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large groupmovements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.
为所有俱乐部职员准备有效的工作表,安排假期,考虑计划方案和预测大型团队的活动状况,特别是那些早到晚到或是早退晚退的情况。
技能要求
Effectivecommunication skills in both Chinese & English有效的中英文沟通能力

Tertiaryeducation高等教育
Atleast 2 years related experience in fivestar hotel在五星级酒店至少有两年的相关工作经验
GoodEnglish spoken & written良好的英文表达能力和写作能力
Knowledgeof Training具有一定的培训知识
Withdepartmental training experiences具有部门培训经验
