MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要：
1. Assume responsibility for the daily operations of the outlets to ensure a smooth running, profitable operation within
the framework of the hotel.承担对酒店中西餐厅的日常营运的责任或任何其它分配的工作以确保运转平稳,并且在酒店框架中创收。
2. Assist in ensuring that scheduling is done accurately and in a timely manner.协助确定本部门的正确工作安排并且及时地执行
3. Assist in maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained staff. 协助保持对员工较高的鼓励和较好的培训员工。
