负责业主公司管理的租户及公寓客人的关系维护与社区互动,提升住户粘性及酒店曝光,同时创造更多餐饮及活动收入机会。
主要职责:
· 定期对业主公司管理的租户及公寓客人进行销售拜访与互动活动
· 推广酒店餐饮、节日礼遇及活动信息
· 每月策划社区及公寓客人的互动活动
· 加强酒店与业主租户、公寓住户之间的长期互动关系
该职位隶属于北京宝格丽酒店餐饮部。
Objective:
Enhance community engagement and guest loyalty while driving sustainable revenue opportunities for the hotel.
Role Focus:
Responsible for tenant and residence guest engagement under the owner company's management, strengthening community relationships, enhancing hotel exposure, and generating incremental F&B and event revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular engagement activities and sales calls with tenants and residence guests (managed by the owner company)
· Promote hotel dining experiences, seasonal offers, and hotel events
· Organize monthly community events and resident gatherings
· Strengthen long-term relationships between the hotel, tenants, and residence guests
This position reports to the Food & Beverage of Bvlgari Hotel Beijing.
