JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
• Under the direct supervision of the Cost Supervisor and Cost Controller and within the limits of InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures, is responsible for storing and organizing of all stored materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
• Check and count all goods to be received per approved purchase order or daily market list.
• 根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品。
• Ensure that goods are in order, of good quality and according to the established specifications
• 确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求。
• To reject all goods which do not meet the specifications
• 退还不符合验收标准的货品。
• To move accepted products to storage areas immediately to minimize employee theft and deterioration of product quality
• 尽快将验收合格的货物移交仓储区域,减少和避免员工偷盗以及货物腐烂变质等。
• To ensure proper documentation on all goods delivered to the hotel as well as those returned to the suppliers.
• 保存酒店所有收货物品及退还货品的相关凭单。
• To summarize and record all goods purchased by the hotel on a daily basis
• 每天对酒店采购的货品填写收货记录汇总。
• To ensure the cleanliness of the Receiving Bay by liaison with Store helper or Stewarding Staff whenever cleaning is required.
• 根据需要联系仓库搬运工或管事部员工清洁收货通道,以确保收货台的清洁。
• To be well versed in all descriptions and types of operating equipment for the Hotel, including maintaining catalogues, sample pictures of such items for reference.
• 熟悉精通所有酒店经营设备的型号和规格等内容,包括保存好产品目录,样品图片以及产品的其他相关资料
• Ensures all merchandise are stored under optimal conditions and are ready for issuing
确保所有商品都在状态下存储,随时可以发货。
• Ensures that all storage areas are clean and maintains high hygienic standards
确保仓库区的清洁,保持高度卫生标准。
• Verifies quantities of arriving materials destined for store room, signs for same on receiving stamp
当物资入库时验收数量,在收货章上签字。
• Maintains merchandises bin labels identifying lack item’s code, number, name, issue unit and minimum and maximum stock levels
商品货柜上设有标签,能夠确定缺乏物品的代码,编号,名称,出货单位,存货级别。
• Ensures that all issues from stores are made against properly completed, ruled off/approved store room requisitions, all code numbers are clearly indicated next to each item being issued, signs the “issued by” portion of the requisition
确保仓库依照填写完整,经审批的发货单发货,所有代码编号清楚的标注在所发出的物品旁,在发货单上签注“发货人姓名”。
• Records consecutive numbers on all store room requisitions before giving the copy of the requisitions to the person accepting the goods, logs each requisition in the store room logbook and forwards completed requisition to the Inventory Clerk
在将发货单复件交给收货人前,在所有库房发货单上编上连续性的号码,在库房登记单上记录每张发货单,将填写完整的发货单交给存货文员。
• Verifies the list of items at re-order point against physical quantities before submitting the list to the Head Storeman
在将发货单提交给仓库管理领班前,在重新订货点根据物理量确定货单。
• Ensures that store room temperatures including the freezer and the refrigerator are in the line with InterContinental Hotel Group Standards
确保库房的温度,包括冷库和冰箱,符合洲际酒店集团的规范要求。
• Interacts and cooperates with all sub section in the storeroom, merchandise receiver, merchandise deliverer and with receiving clerk
配合库房的收货员,送货员和收货文员等下属单位的工作并与他们一起通力合作。
• Ensures that merchandises are issued by fifo system that the beverage decal is attached on the liquor bottles issued and that each Hard liquor is issued against an empty bottle
确保货物按照先入先出的系统发货,确保酒瓶上附有饮品印花,每瓶烈性酒按每个空瓶发货。
• Makes oneself available during physical inventories taken by the Finance Department
在财务部清点库存时本人应在现场。
• Performs other duties as required

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Good writing skills

Qualifications –
学历
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
• 具有会计,商业管理或相关的毕业证书或职业证书。
Experience –
经验
• 1 year experience in an accounting clerical, receiving position or similar; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 一年会计文员,收货职位或相似的工作经验;或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
