The F&B Sales Manager handles the
business of each F&B outlets in house. Under the general guidance and
supervision of the Director of F&B /F&B Manager in coordination with
the Director of Operations, he/she implements all sales activities and maximize
business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility. Build and
maintain a quality database to broaden market reach and generate customer
loyalty. Create awareness and build restaurants reputation in the local market.

The F&B Sales Manager’s mission is to
primarily promote the hotel and its outlets and achieve optimal sales at the
best possible conditions for the company.
The performance of the Food & Beverage Sales Manager will be solely
based on the results of the hotel.
