Job Responsibilities
岗位职责:
1. To ensure that allstaff are well briefed (daily rehearsals) before starting their shift
确保所有员工在开始轮班前参加每日例会
2. To ensure that allupdate info for hotel or restaurant are passing to all staff
确保酒店或餐厅的所有更新信息传达给所有员工
3. To ensure that allrestaurant mise-en place is correctly prepared and ready for eachservice period
确保所有餐厅在每个开餐时段前都把准备工作做充足
4. To assist therestaurant manager in spot checks of the restaurant to ensure that all repairsand maintenance has been carried out, reporting any new areas that needattention
协助餐厅经理对餐厅经行定期检查,确保所有的维修和保养工作都已经完成,并及时报备任何需要跟进的维护及保养
Job Requirements
岗位要求:
1. Must have aself-initiative and good staff relations
必须具有主动性和良好的员工关系
2. Good communicationskill in Mandarin and English verbal, listening and writing
良好的中英文口语,听力和写作能力
3. Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and banquet, event restaurant service operations
了解菜单规划,食品展示,宴会,活动餐厅
4. Broad understanding of facility management (Sanitation, maintenance and operations)
对设施关系(卫生,维护和运营)有广泛的理解
