Job Responsibilities
岗位职责：
1. Assist the Lobby Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel lobby bar, focusing on service flow and product quality
协助大堂吧经理监督酒店大堂吧的日常运营，重点关注服务流程和产品质量
2. Ensure that training and hygiene forms required by BSA (Brand Standard Audit) are properly maintained and filed.
确保BSA（品牌标准）所需的培训和卫生表格得到妥善维护和归档
3. Supervise the services in the Lobby Bar to ensure service standards, product quality, staff appearance and cleanliness.
监督大堂吧内的服务，确保服务标准，产品质量，员工仪容整洁等
Job Requirements

1. Have relevant working experience
有相关岗位工作经验
2. Familiar with the knowledge of lobby bar and beverage
熟悉大堂吧运营及相关酒水知识
3. Have management thinking and ability
