Increase the
Hotels online presence and production via strategic partnerships, e.g.,OTA,GDS,Website,
Wholesale etc.
Assist hotels
in the review and recommendation of potential 3rd-party web listings and
partnerships. Follow up on
listings, exposure, marketing initiatives.
Liaison with
SynXis on online reservations issues and development
Develop all food & Beverage channel ,Meituan, Da Zong Dian
Ping,NuoMi, Chihewangle etc. Drive the production and do advertisement.
All
maintenance of the Hotel web site, including content and promotion package
updates.
Monitor and
report web traffic of the site, and take steps to increase
Increase
hotel rooms and F&B, banqueting, Spa, all of hotel products on e-marketing
opportunities
Ensure
that e-Direct Marketing campaigns are based on relevant customer segmentation
and targeted recipients.
Propose
solutions for permission based emailing and e-newsletter strategies, if
applicable
Keep
updated Hotel e-customer database, (For rooms/F&B and Spa), and propose
solutions for a better customer information management
Optimize
the hotel presence on search engines (in different languages).
Promote
the Best Available Rate across all brands
To collect
feedback from the Director of Sales & Marketing on competitors
promotion, to give advice on the regional and tailor made promotion
Communicate
with the brand team to achieve effective channel activities for each brand
and identify needs of each channel
Manage the
investigation and evaluation of possible new products, programs, platforms and
campaigns that provide strategic representation for the channels including new
distribution options for critical emerging markets where solutions may not
exist
Direct the planning and implementation of key client agreements,
including target contribution, with assigned territory or segment Identify
opportunities, strengths andcompetitive threats to various distribution
channels and propose strategies to accommodate such threats
Assist in supporting role in revenue planning
and budgeting
Actively
participate in market segment industry affairs associations, trade show and
events to elevate brand profiles. May
manage trainings and/or conferences
Consolidate and develop regular detailed reports
on all promotions spend versus the return-on-investment and provide
recommendation for the future
Develop new partnership agreements with on-line portals with focus by
geographical booking sources.
Partnership marketing with credit cards, banks – exposure on websites
Manage on-line distribution portals relationship maintenance
Increase the hotel on-line visibility through partnerships with web
portals related to tourism industries and potential users/ advisors
Audit the hotel information displayed through the Internet operators
(Portals, wholesalers, 3rd parties etc)
Constantly ensure rate parity across all distribution channels in
liaison with sales department
Monitor Hotel competitive set rates & promotions displayed on-line
on a bi-monthly basis
Establish goals and deliver measurable increases in visits, conversion,
and average order value through optimization of content for Digital Platforms
Focus on maximizing revenue through SEO and visitor satisfaction
Responsible for managing, executing and sustaining the brand in all web
and social environments as well as creating, implementing and maintaining web
pages on our websites and all social sites
Ensures quality of new web applications developed within department
