职位描述 Job Description
1.所有进入酒店的宾客,回答客人可能产生的问题并提供指引。
Offer assistance to all people entering the hotel. Answering questions and directing people to their destinations.
2. 需要保持端庄的仪容仪表及外貌。
Grooming and appearance, it has to be the best in hotel.
3. 熟悉每日抵店贵客的名单,全程负责贵客的接待,房内入住办理及欢送。
Review Daily VIP arrival list, as mentioned above, nd Agent fully responsible for VIP Reception, In Room C/I and farewell.
4.熟知酒店产品知识及服务技巧以便向宾客介绍并推广酒店的服务和设施。
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
5.维护积极的宾客关系,建立密切关系,提供个性化的服务和协助。
Maintain effective guest relations, builds rapport and offer personalized service and assistance.
6.留意灯光、房间温度、背景音乐、电梯状态以及酒店正门入口处的音乐,就任何必要的跟进,向主管提供反馈,就酒店入口处灯光提供建议。
Be alert of the lighting, room temperature, background music, elevators performance and music at the hotel front entrance providing feedback to the supervisors for any necessary follow-up for lighting adjustment for the hotel entrance.
7.关注并为长住宾客、回头客、生日宾客、周年庆宾客,创造难忘的回忆。
Focus on Long Stay, Return Guest, Birthday Guest, and Anniversary Guest and create more memorable memories.
8.完成安排的工作任务,承担其它指定工作。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任职要求 Qualification
1.有工作经验者优先。
Working experiences is preferred
2. 良好的英文口语和写作能力,良好的服务意识和沟通能力,良好的电脑技能,能在压力下工作并适应倒班工作。
Good oral and written English proficiency, good service manner, able to communicate with all levels, good in computers ,able to work under pressure and adapt to work in shifts.
