1. Work hard to accomplish restaurant revenues of every month
力争完成每月餐厅营收
2. Control labor productivity
控制劳动力生产率
3. Control each cost rate
控制各项成本率
4. Opening equipment and capital assets budget
作营业设备及固定资产的预算
5. Encourage staffs, listen to them carefully, understand their thoughts and offer helps
激励员工,有效聆听,了解员工的思想动态,并提供帮助
6. Analyze existing problems of restaurant and solve the issues
分析餐厅存在的问题,解决问题
7. Hold daily meeting ( emphasize the key of work, new service and sales promotion. Emphasize standard constantly, and response to customers’ advice. Review important data, such as yesterday revenues, reception numbers, revenues and reception numbers so far)
举行每日例会(强调当前的工作重点,新的服务和促销。不断强调标准,对客人的意见作出反馈。回顾重要数据,如昨日营收,昨日接待人数,目前为止餐厅的营收接待人数等)
8. Province advice and feedback to managers
向管理层提供意见和反馈
9. Promote effectively and look for hotel service opportunities
有效推销,寻找酒店服务的机会
10. Maintain current customers and develop more potential customers
维护好酒店现有客户资源,开发更多的客户
11. Set up standard for safe working, have security training and make sure staffs understand this standard
建立安全工作标准,进行安全方面的培训,确保员工了解该标准
12. Check hygiene and keep hygiene standard
进行卫生检查,保持卫生标准
13. Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
14. Check service quality standard
检查服务质量标准。
15. Check restaurant front house and back house daily, find out the shortcomings of software and hardware, and improve it.
每天巡视餐厅前后台区域,发现存在的软,硬件方面不足之处加以改进
16. Stock take every month
每月进行盘点
17. Fulfill other duties that required by superior
随时履行上级要求的其他职责。
