• 确保酒店的布草和制服有效地进行清洗，并确保客房部、餐饮部和其他部门的需求的足够供应。
• 确保所有洗衣设备的清洁和保养，如有需要协同工程部做好维修工作。
• 检查水洗、干洗的品质，确保正确的洗涤程序
• 对洗衣系统有最新和全面的知识。
• 确保及时为客人提供洗衣服务并送还。
• 监管洗衣房存储区。
• Assists the Laundry Manager in supervising and co-coordinating the performance of the personnel enaged in such activities as washing, dry-cleaning, pressing, spotting, collecting, delivering and checking guest and hotel laundry and dry-cleaning items
• Ensures that hotel linen and uniforms are processed efficiently and properly to ensure and adequate supply of the requirements of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments.
• Ensures that all laundry equipment are properly cleaned and maintained initiates necessary maintenance orders and follows-up with Engineering when necessary.
• Checks quality of laundry and dry-cleaning; ensures that prescribed formula, methods and procedures are followed
• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all laundry systems.
• Ensure laundry valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Supervise laundry storage areas.
