• 在满足酒店需要及洞察市场趋势的情况下,制定价格策略,编制年度营销计划和手册,设立政策、程序和目标,并定期进行评估;
• Set up pricing strategies in all areas, prepare annual marketing plan and manual for the department and participates in setting up marketing policies, procedures and objectives, with regular reviews in keeping with the hotel needs and market trends;
• 负责制定并实现市场计划中设定的目标;
• Executive, in charge of reaching the targeted goals as defined in the Marketing Plan;
• 通过各种工具 (例如媒体、 社交活动、 集会与竞争等),探索新的商业途径及可能带给酒店的效益;
• Through various tools (e.g. media, social events, gatherings with competition etc.), explores new business channels which all could be of interest and benefit of the hotel;
• 密切关注团队的生产力、活动并驱动团队跟进,同时提高所有潜在客户的转化率;
• Keep a close watch on group productivity/activities and motivate team members for follow-ups, ensuring minimal business loss, and higher conversion rate of all leads;
• 维持良好的内部沟通,负责并跟进人才的工作效率、 资源管理和酒店公众形象的管理,以取得收入的最大化。
• Keep good communication internally, responsible for orienting and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of respective segments through existing clientele and key prospects, focusing on revenue maximization, talent productivity, resource management and the hotel’s image building.
