Acquire revenues predominantly for Rooms, Catering & Banquet, Food & Beverage revenue and Wellness, mainly focus on Rooms and Banquet revenue to achieve the target. 为客房, 会议及宴会,餐饮以及水疗获得营业收入,主要针对客房和会议收入的实现目标。
Understand the dynamics of competing hotels, assigned or otherwise, to optimize positive and reverse negative impacts on our business strategies. 了解其他竞争酒店的信息,积极乐观对待并切能将消极影响力转化商业策略。Understand the total revenue impact of accounts on the hotel for better negotiation and yielding opportunities. 掌握每个客户的产出对整个酒店的影响以便更好地谈判及获得增加收入的机会。Coordinate business development with the Events team to ensure seamlessness of events and delivery of the sales promise. 协调并与宴会销售同时开展业务发展以便确保在兑现承诺时无失误。Initiates direct marketing assignments and organize sales activities to prospect new business at regular basis.发起直销的任务分配,并定期组织寻求新生意的销售活动。
