Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Assist the sales department, lobby, catering, guest room and other departments in business emails and external publicity letters, and control the copywriting and visual tone.
• Cooperate with the overall communication planning and visual landing of the hotel's online and offline full-category promotional activities, festival theme activities, and parent-child packages.
• Assist in the overall visual plan and on-site publicity materials of exhibitions, brand press conferences, reception ceremonies and industry exhibitions.
• Assist all advertising and creative needs, formulate schedules, and supervise timely and high-quality delivery.
• Implement the update mechanism of publicity materials, regularly update hotel promotional leaflets and online publicity material libraries, and ensure the timeliness of materials.
• Carry out the preparation of a full set of publicity warm-up, graphic materials and promotion plans before the hotel's new products, new services and new packages are launched.
• Assist in the planning, implementation and effect review of the hotel's annual and quarterly promotion strategy, marketing plan and brand communication plan.
• Connect with local media, cultural tourism platforms and OTA channels, build a hotel full-media publicity matrix, and plan online grass planting, store visits, and live broadcast publicity.
• Coordinate the daily operation, content update, activity planning and fan maintenance of new media accounts such as the hotel's official website, WeChat official account, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.
• Connect with the group's market communication department, synchronise the group's brand standards, and complete the publicity tasks, brand reports and material reports issued by the group.
• 协助销售部、前厅、餐饮、客房等全部门商务邮件、对外宣传函件,把控文案与视觉调性。
• 配合酒店线上线下全品类促销活动、节庆主题活动、亲子套餐的整体传讯策划与视觉落地。
• 协助展会、品牌发布会、接待仪式、行业展览的整体视觉方案、现场宣传物料统筹执行。
• 协助所有广告、创意需求,制定排期,监督按时高质量落地交付。
• 落实宣传物料更新机制,定期更新酒店促销宣传单、线上宣传素材库,保障素材时效性。
• 执行酒店新品、新服务、新套餐上线前全套宣传预热、图文素材、推广方案筹备工作。
• 协助酒店年度、季度推广战略、市场营销方案、品牌传播计划的策划、落地与效果复盘。
• 对接本地媒体、文旅平台、OTA渠道,搭建酒店全媒体宣传矩阵,策划线上种草、探店、直播宣传。
• 统筹酒店官网、微信公众号、小红书、抖音等新媒体账号日常运营、内容更新、活动策划与粉丝维护。
• 对接集团市场传讯部,同步集团品牌标准,完成集团下发宣传任务、品牌报表、素材提报。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• 大专及以上学历,广告、传媒、视觉设计、市场营销相关专业优先
• 扎实完整的酒店品牌传讯、平面视觉设计、新媒体线上营销全流程实操经验,熟悉文旅酒店宣传逻辑
• 优秀多任务统筹能力、时间管理能力,可同步推进多项目宣传策划,抗压性强
• 良好中英文双语基础,可独立撰写中英文宣传文案、媒体通稿、对外合作函件
• 拥有1年及以上高端酒店/国际联号酒店市场传讯、品牌宣传管理岗工作经验
• 拥有西双版纳本地文旅媒体、渠道、KOL资源者优先
