2. Human Resources

1) Develop and
implement management training plans for subordinate assistant managers and
supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.

2) Implement a
departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.

3) Be
responsible for the execution of all associate performance reviews in a

responsible for all aspects of associate management including hiring and

forwarded to the GM, B&F and HR.

8) Guarantee my
due diligence in work. If I fail to finish the work on time due to personal
negativity, intentional delay, and other factors, and reduce work efficiency,
the overtime work generated shall be regarded as invalid.
保证本人在工作中尽职尽责,如因个人消极、故意拖延等因素而不能按时完成工作、降低工作效率,所产生的加班应视为无效。
3. Administrative行政管理:
1) Be
responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.
负责大堂吧的所有收银和结账程序。
2) Be
responsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control and
payroll systems by working with Finance and HR.
与财务部和人力资源部合作负责对员工的时间控制和薪资账册系统的正确管理。
3) Periodically
plan outside associate activities to promote teamwork.

4) Promote
positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and
cooperation.

5) Respond to
guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate
manner. Communicate all guest issues
immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage.

6) Perform any
reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against

pertaining to them.

execute plans and actions for the marketing of the Lobby Bar.

3) Be aware of
competitors in the market and complete a competition analysis on a quarterly
basis.
