酒吧营运经理 Bar Operation Manager

1.A minimum 5 years experiences in the similar role in similar operation in an international hotel or famous bar/club.
至少5年同岗位，类似营运范围及相同级别国际酒店工作经验或知名酒吧夜店
2.Responsible for managing the day to day operations of bar and other beverage operations in the hotel in order to meet and exceed guests’ needs and business requirements whilst ensuring strong talent engagement and adherence to service standards, beverage standard and operating procedures.
负责酒吧所有酒水有关的运作及日常运营，培养一支强大的酒吧团队进行日常运营，迎合和超越客人的需求，遵守服务标准，酒水标准与操作程序。
3.Ensures that the service, preparation, storage of all beverage items are successfully executed ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with W Hotels standards, through planning, organising, directing and controlling the entire beverage operation and administration within the B&F Department.
在餐饮部工作中针对酒水项目通过计划，组织和控制来确保服务符合W酒店的标准，最大可能的满足客人的需求。
4.To manage & control the beverage cost within the budgeted cost; to be involved the drink list design & lay-out; to innovate cocktails to lead the market.
控制管理酒水成本在预算百分比内, 参与酒水单的内容设计, 以及研发鸡尾酒。
5.The Head of Mixology is required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with W Xiamen policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
需要通过礼貌的，可靠地以及有效的方式来指引他们的工作职责。通过专业的与时髦的方式来确保餐饮部的正常运营以及服务达到一个高水平并且与酒店的政策和程序相符合。
