1. Oversee the preparation of daily banking and cash flow reports.

3. Control usage of food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment ensuring the equipment is used in a correct and safe manner.

4. Maintain clear communication channels within respective team to enhance talent satisfaction and productivity.

5. Control and check daily operation of all POS systems.
每日检查与控制点单系统。
6. All cancelled dockets are to be summarized on the void and cancelled summary and signed.

7. High School，Diploma/College or University.
高中毕业/大专或大学。
8. Minimum 1 – 2 years F&B experience.
至少1至2年的餐饮经验。
