防损部经理Loss Prevention Manager

1.创建操作指南并实施保障酒店消防安全、财产安全及酒店英才安全的程序。
To create HIDs and implement programs that encompassed Fire Life Safety and security of the hotel, and the people in it.
2.与工程部合作，确保所有消防设备正常运行，并按照酒店和政府的规定进行测试。
Work with ENG to ensure that all Fire equipment are functioning properly and being tested in accordance to Hotel and Government regulations.
3. 有效掌握和了解酒店监控系统的基本功能，并报告任何可疑活动。
Effectively control and understand the fundamental functions of the hotel surveillance system and report any suspicious activities.
4.定期对酒店及酒店设施进行楼层巡视，并报告任何需要改进调整的问题。
Routinely carry out floor patrol and around the hotel facilities and report any deficiency.
5.与地方当局建立联系，包括但不限于警察局、消防局、卫生局、医院和其他政府机构。
Establish relationship with local authorities include but not limit to police department, fire department, healthy bureau hospital, and any other government agencies.
6. 集合并领导ERT团队，为成员提供培训和情景演练，以确保团队成员了解相关信息并且能够快速反应。
Assemble and lead the ERT. Provide training to the team members and run situational drills to ensure team members knowledge and swift response.
7. 定期召开会议，讨论消防、安保和消防安全方面的弱点，并制定整改计划。
Host regular meetings to address any fire life safety and security weaknesses and generate a plan to rectify it.
8.对公共区域保持控制和了解，如果发生任何事故或事故，应迅速处理并向行政委员会报告。与值班经理一起及时解决问题。
Be present and active in public area. Should any incident or accident occur, attend to it swiftly and report back to ExCom team. Work with the Duty Manager to immediate resolution of the situation.
