Responsible for maintaining 100% reliability in the recognition of all W VVIP, VIP and repeat guest. Informing all hotel departments of the guest’s arrival, (un)expressed special needs and requests, and personal preferences by daily Lin-up package and hotel communication system. Responsible for improving and refining Guest Recognition Process and improving the measurement of Guest Satisfaction (Gallup Score) . Also responsible for recognizing process throughout the hotel.
