负责处理所有传入的电话，要求和保留必要的安排，高级销售经理和销售经理负责跟进。
跟踪高级销售经理/销售经理的销售情况，处理紧急情况。
To handle all incoming mail, fax, telex for the attention of the Senior Sales Managers/ Sales Managers so that immediate action can be taken.
To handle all incoming telephone calls, reservations requests and necessary arrangements for appointments and follow-up for Senior Sales Managers and Sales Managers.
To keep track of the daily movements of the Senior Sales Managers/Sales Manager in case of referrals or emergencies.
