2-3 years Human Resources management experience, preferably in hotel industry.2-3年人力资源管理经验,有酒店经验者优先Knowledge of hotel LSOP and Int’l HR SOP 了解酒店内部操作流程和集团人力资源操作Ability to compile reports as required using appropriate computer software and HRMIS 能使用电脑软件和石基系统根据需要完成报告Ability to collect and interpret data, identify root of the problems and provide recommendations to resolve. 能收集和解释数据,确定问题发生的根源,并给予解决问题的建议Ability to communicate effectively with various level of management, associates and trainees能有效地与管理层、员工和实习生沟通Ability to resolve grievances effectively 能有效地处理问题Ability to provide direction and training to associates and evaluate their performance.能指导和培训员工,并评估他们的工作表现High proficiency in written and spoken English with and Mandarin.中英文说写熟练Certificate of College English Test – Level 6 英语CET6级证书Good general education, preferably University graduates.本科毕业为佳
