1.根据预测、团体餐安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
Work according to forecasts, group meal schedules, and the number of VIP guests.
2.做好销售,宾客投诉、解决办法及相关员工、设备的记录。
Record sales, guest complaints, solutions and related staff and equipment
3..建立收银调节控制程序,在服务前后,要按此程序来工作。
Set up cashier control procedures, before and after the service, to work according to this procedure
4.负责部门考勤排班。

岗位要求 Job requirements
1.中专及以上学历,掌握一门外语。
Technical secondary school or above, master a foreign language
2.2年以上5星级酒店同等工作经验;熟知西餐、酒吧的业务知识,熟练掌握本部门的技能技巧。
At least 2 years working experience in 5 star hotel; Familiar with western food, bar business knowledge, skilled in the skills of the department.
3.具有较强的组织领导工作能力和实际工作能力。
Strong organizational and leadership skills and practical work ability.
