6.      Maintains a professional and friendly attitude towards guests during contact

8.      Acquainted and familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety precautions when handling them

13.   Ensures that all staff receive on the job training and have the necessary skills to carry out their duties with the maximum efficiency
