6. Prepares weekly staffing schedules, monitors staff attendance andassist in planning work schedules.

9. Maintains a Hotel log book on incidents, complaints etc. and referthem, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.

12. Prepares the annual capital and operating budgets for theDepartment in conjunction with the Financial Controller and ensure departmentalexpenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for theDepartment to the Executive Assistant Manager on a monthly basis.

13. Responsible for adhering to the Rules and Regulations of hotel asset down in the Staff Handbook.

14. It is the first responsible person to maintain and manage allfacilities and materials.

15. Handles and resolves all guest queries and complaints in anefficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients andguests of the Hotel.

16. Through close supervision recommend improvements and changes to theoperation of
theFront Office, especially concerning creating better service standards,increasing revenue and reducing costs.

17. Plans and organizes regular Departmental training for all staff,especially new staff, paying particular attention to courtesy, efficiency,service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.
组织安排前厅部的培训,就礼节礼貌,规范服务,仪容仪表及工作技巧等方面进行讲解,加强对新员工的培训。
18. Identifies and develop leadership qualities among subordinates inorder to guide them towards the path of career enrichment with both ACCOR andthe Hotel, and additionally
providethe Hotel with a source for future management.
在员工中树立领导形象,培养员工对雅高及饭店的感情,为饭店发掘人才。
19. Coordinate with Director of Sales to maximize revenue throughefficient room and sales control.
和销售总监一起通过有效的销售策略提高饭店的客房率。
20. Liaise with Executive Housekeeper in scheduling room blockage forgeneral maintenance.
和行政管家协调房间的整修维护工作。
21. Coordinate with Credit Manager for all credit arrangementsincluding rebate.
和信用经理协调信贷问题及扣减问题。
22. Works closely with other Departments of the hotel, and attendregular meetings on a periodical basis.
和其它部门紧密合作,参加必要的会议。
23. Participates in providing and receiving constructive criticismconcerning the Department and the Hotel as a whole, in order to improveefficiency, productivity and guest service.
