1.根据预测、团体餐安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。

2.做好销售,宾客投诉、解决办法及相关员工、设备的记录。

3..建立收银调节控制程序,在服务前后,要按此程序来工作。

4.随时注意听取宾客的意见,及时向上级反映,随时注意在接待工作中的各种问题,及时向上级反映和协助处理。

岗位要求 Job requirements
1..初中毕业或具有同等学历,有餐饮或其他服务行业工作经验者优先。(实习生、应届毕业生也可)
Junior high school graduate or equivalent, working experience in catering or other service industry is preferred. (interns and fresh graduates are also allowed)
2.有一定的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力,能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
