Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.

Manages & assists in strategic department planning and development.

Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.

Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.

Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.

Job Specification 职位要求:
At least 2 years of work experience at this position in luxury hotel. Candidates with substantial experience in luxury hotel ready to move up will also be considered.
具备五星级酒店同等职位两年以上工作经验,或已具备多年相关经验期望获得进一步提升者。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in English.
英语流利。
