Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Ensure that guest needs, inquiries, complaints are properly handled and accommodated.

Check list of arrivals for the day takes note of VIPs and other special instructions and requests and implements them.

Ensure prompt, courteous and accurate service to all guests, so as to maximize customer satisfaction.
能够及时礼貌并正确的服务所有的客人,最大限度的满足客人。
Personally conducts key training.

Job Specification 职位要求:
At least 2-3 years work experience in FO operation in a deluxe international hotel in supervisory position.
具备两到三年国际品牌精品酒店管理级工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in English.
英语流利。
