1. Responsible for exceeding hotel rooms and F&B revenue target.

2. Manages larger, focus accounts or special segments.
管理重要客户或者重点区域。
3. Identifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet property sales strategy.
开发适合酒店战略需要的新客户或市场。
4. Understands or is familiar with the fundamentals of assigned accounts.
了解熟悉客户的背景。
5. Develops a sales plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts.
制定销售计划,从所负责客户及市场中获得生意。
6. Determines the account’s needs, Marriott’ s objectives, and marketing activities of each assigned market/account.
确认客户的需求、万豪的目标,以及细分市场/客户的战略。
7. Ensure every RFP is handled with utmost urgency and responded timely.
确保所有RFP能够得到及时并有效的回复。
8. Continuously communicates the benefits of the hotel to the customer.

9. Participate in mystery call also firm the belief that the first proposal should be established opportunity
of success.

10. Join daily morning S&M briefing to share relevant updates and attend weekly S&M meeting and SS Meeting
参加每天的晨会,分享更新信息并参加每周的市场销售部会议及销售策略会议。
11. Quarterly accounts review with key accounts and identify opportunities to expand accounts’ potential.
定期回顾重点客户情况,发现潜在机会并增加客户。参加客户分析会议。
12. Input daily Sales Activity into system and submit to DOS for daily check at the same day.
在系统里输入每天的销售行动报告并与当日提交至销售总监进行每日检查。
13. Develop Sales action plan to target key accounts and new business and as agreed with Director of Sales.
制定发展新客户和重点客户的计划并取得销售总监的同意。
14. Organize and report weekly sales call plan and weekly entertainment plan to Director of Sales.
制定每周的销售拜访计划和宴请计划并提交给销售总监。
15. Drives/manages account transient, group and catering production through improved customer loyalty by excellent account management.
通过有效的客户管理,提高客户忠诚度及散客、团队及会议的产量。
