【岗位职责】
1. Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott SOP & Property LSOP.
保证执行所有万豪集团的SOP和当地的LSOP。
2. Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with the standard set.
确保所有食物在准备和制作期间符合所定的标准。
3. Checks daily mise-en-place, cooking, preparation, and presentation of all food.
检查每日零点的所有食物。
4. Control costs, minimize waste, utilize food surpluses, and control portion sizes.
控制成本,尽量减少浪费,利用食物的盈余,及控制份量。
5. Makes sure that all machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are clean and in working conditions.
确保所有的机器设备及器具的清洁,并能正常工作。
6. Uses standard recipes and makes sure all staff are using them.
确保使用标准菜谱制作菜品。
7. Neat in appearance and well groomed

【岗位要求】
1. Minimum 1 year
experience working in a similar posiston of a sizeable organization.
至少1年以上工作经验。
2. Good command of written and spoken mandarin
